Carolina Caring is seeking an Access Navigator to manage and coordinate Palliative Medicine and Hospice referrals, along with supporting related needs.

Employee Type  Full-Time

Minimum Experience  Two to three years of experience in related activities preferred. Must be capable of performing job responsibilities.

Education  Minimum of a high school diploma. Associate degree in Business Technology, Administrative Office Technology, Secretarial Technology or related field desirable.  Full-time positions offer an excellent benefit package with paid time off.
