Process Improvement Coordinator

Carolina Caring is seeking a Process Improvement Coordinator to lead and manage business improvement initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all service lines at Carolina Caring.

Education A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in related fields or 4 years related experience required. Master’s degree in related field, 8 years of experience, and Lean Six Sigma or other related process improvement certifications, and/or Project Management Professional certification preferred.
